1. Acceptance
By accessing or using padelloc.com (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. The Platform is operated by FUEGO PADEL LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered at the Qatar Financial Centre.
2. Service Description
PadelLoc is a global directory for padel clubs. The Platform allows you to search for and discover padel clubs, view club information (location, courts, photos, contact details), and access links to club booking systems. PadelLoc is a directory only. We are not a booking platform. We do not process bookings between you and clubs, guarantee the availability or accuracy of information displayed by clubs, or mediate disputes between you and any club.
3. User Accounts
You may browse PadelLoc without creating an account. If you choose to register, you must provide accurate information, maintain the security of your password, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Platform for any illegal purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems; scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform without permission; post false, misleading, or harmful content; interfere with the operation of the Platform; or impersonate any person or entity.
5. User-Generated Content
If we enable features that allow you to post reviews, ratings, or other content, you retain ownership of your content but grant FUEGO PADEL LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
6. Disclaimer
The information on PadelLoc is provided for general informational purposes only. Club listings, prices, availability, opening hours, and other details are provided by the clubs themselves. We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of this information. You should confirm all details directly with the club before visiting or booking.
7. Limitation of Liability
FUEGO PADEL LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or your reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to inaccurate club information, unavailability of clubs or courts, third-party booking system failures, or any interaction between you and a club.
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its design, branding, and original content are the property of FUEGO PADEL LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.
9. Third-Party Links
The Platform contains links to third-party websites (club websites, booking systems). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Qatar Financial Centre. Any disputes shall be submitted to the QFC Civil and Commercial Court, Doha, Qatar.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
