1. Who We Are

PadelLoc (padelloc.com) is a product of FUEGO PADEL LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered at the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC), Office No. 4, Floor No. 9, QFC Tower 1, West Bay, Doha, Qatar. FUEGO PADEL LLC is the data controller for all personal data collected through PadelLoc.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1 Club Owners (B2B Subscribers)

When you register as a Club Owner and subscribe to PadelLoc, we collect: business name, business address, phone number, email address, photos of your facility, court details (number of courts, surface type, indoor/outdoor), booking system links, and billing contact information (name, email, phone for payment purposes).

2.2 Players and Visitors

When you browse or register on PadelLoc as a player, we collect: name and email address (if you create an account), search queries and browsing behavior, approximate location data (for map-based club search, derived from your IP address or browser location with your consent), and device information (IP address, browser type, operating system).

2.3 Payment Data

All payment transactions are processed by Dibsy (Paywise LLC), a payment service provider licensed by the Qatar Central Bank and registered at the Qatar Financial Centre. Dibsy operates a PCI-DSS compliant hosted payment page. You enter your credit card details directly on Dibsy’s secure payment page (payscreen.dibsy.one), not on padelloc.com. We never see, process, or store your credit card number, CVV, or expiry date.

We store a secure, encrypted payment token (cardToken) issued by Dibsy to process your recurring monthly subscription payments. This token does not contain your credit card number or any sensitive card data. It can only be used through our authorized payment provider (Dibsy) and is stored server-side only. We also store a Dibsy customer identifier (customerId) linked to your subscription.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes: to provide and maintain the PadelLoc service, including club listings and search functionality; to process subscription payments and manage your account; to send transactional emails (payment receipts, subscription confirmations, listing notifications); to send marketing communications about PadelLoc features and updates (only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time); to improve the platform through analytics and usage patterns; to comply with legal obligations under QFC regulations and applicable law; and to prevent fraud and ensure the security of the platform.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal data on the following legal bases: Contract Performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) for processing necessary to fulfill your subscription or provide the service you requested; Legitimate Interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for analytics, platform improvement, and fraud prevention; Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for marketing communications, location-based search, and non-essential cookies; and Legal Obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) for compliance with QFC regulations and applicable financial reporting requirements.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We share your data with the following third parties, solely for the purposes described in this policy:

Dibsy (Paywise LLC, QFC Qatar): Payment processing.
Google Analytics (GA4): Website analytics. Data is anonymized.
Google reCAPTCHA: Spam and bot protection.
Wordfence: Website security and firewall.
ALL-INKL: Hosting provider. Servers in Germany (EU).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers.

6. International Data Transfers

PadelLoc is operated by FUEGO PADEL LLC in Qatar. Your data may be transferred to and processed in Qatar. For users in the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including hosting on EU-based servers (ALL-INKL, Germany) and using GDPR-compliant service providers.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, data is retained for 12 months, then deleted or anonymized. Payment records are retained for 7 years per QFC financial reporting obligations.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data; correct inaccurate data; delete your data; restrict processing; data portability; object to processing; and withdraw consent at any time.

9. Children’s Privacy

PadelLoc is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Security

We implement SSL/TLS encryption, Cloudflare DDoS protection, Wordfence monitoring, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing through Dibsy, and server-side only token storage.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here and notified by email for significant rights impacts.
