1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with PadelLoc within the first 7 days, contact us at support@padelloc.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your club name and the email address used for payment. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method via Dibsy.
2. After the 7-Day Period
After the initial 7-day period, subscription charges are non-refundable. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time within a billing period. If you cancel your subscription, your listing remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if: your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service; fraudulent payment activity was detected; or you have previously received a refund under the 7-day guarantee (one refund per customer).
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us at support@padelloc.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving disputes directly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account and listing.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@padelloc.com with: your club name, the email address used for payment, and a brief reason for the refund request. We will respond within 24 hours.
