7-Day Money Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with Padel Loc. If you're not happy within the first 7 days of your first payment, we'll refund you—no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Within First 7 Days:
- Email us at: support@padelloc.com
- Subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Club Name]"
- Include: Your order number and the email address used for payment
Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal account).
After 7 Days
After the initial 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you have the following options:
Launch Offer – 6 Months Free
If you signed up during our launch offer (first 50 clubs get 6 months free):
- The free trial period is non-refundable as no payment was charged
- Our standard 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment after the free period ends
- You can cancel anytime during the free period with no charges
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in the following cases:
- Account violated our Terms & Conditions
- Fraudulent payment or chargeback was detected
- Multiple refund requests indicating abuse of the policy
- Service was used extensively before requesting refund
Chargebacks
Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and may affect your ability to use Padel Loc in the future.
Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you cancel mid-month, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
