By accessing Padel Loc ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2 Service Description

Padel Loc is a global directory platform connecting padel players with premium padel clubs. We provide:

• Club listings and search functionality
• Subscription services for club owners
• Booking integration services
• Analytics and promotional tools

3 User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

4 Subscription Terms

We offer the following subscription plans:

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled. Payment is processed through Stripe or PayPal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

As a club owner creating a listing, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your club
• Use real photos of your facility (no stock images)
• Keep business hours and contact information up to date
• Respond professionally to customer reviews
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5.2 Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to:

• Remove listings with false or misleading information
• Suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms
• Modify or remove any content at our discretion
• Feature select listings in our marketing materials

6 Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content) are the property of Padel Loc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7 Booking Integration

Padel Loc provides links to your existing booking system. We are not responsible for:

• The functionality of third-party booking systems
• Booking transactions or disputes
• Cancellations or no-shows
• Payment processing for bookings

8 Limitation of Liability

Padel Loc and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Errors or omissions in any content
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service

9 Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Listings will result in bookings or revenue

10 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through a prominent notice on the Service.

11 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which should reasonably survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
